H. Edward Black and Associates prepared land development plans for a 9,456 SF two story addition to Holy Spirit Cancer Center, coordinated the required municipal approvals and provided construction administration. The Holy Spirit Cancer Center, formally known as the Oakwood Cancer Center, provides radiation treatment to patients and also houses a women’s breast center and a Gamma Knife Radiosurgery center.

Subsequent phases included studies for building expansion and design of a mobile treatment system pad.The building addition studies included parking analysis including off-site parking options. The pad design was for a concrete pad and utility service to allow them to bring in mobile imagining on a truck (MRI, PET, etc).
