IBM, the Patriot News, PinnacleHealth Systems and Delta Development’s offices are located in Cumberland Technology Park, Hampden Township. This 260 acre office park contains over two million square feet of office space. Services included creating a unified open-space plan for the entire Park.
Major features of the Park include a commercial support area proposed to contain restaurants and retail spaces. A pedestrian / biking trail is also incorporated into the open-space area design.
The latest addition to Cumberland Technology Park was PinnacleHealth Systems’ Ortenzio Cancer Center constructed in 2014. An additional expansion of this premier business park is under design.
